Description

The Hobart 00-439870-1 Knife W/Single Hole Mount Stainless Steel 11-3/4" stainless steel blade will rotate and slice all types of food in continuous motion in commercial cooking equipment. It will be firmly fixed with a one-hole mount, which will ensure that the blade remains straight when in use. The knife is mounted to be used with compatible slicer equipment and fits into the machine in a firm position, and it becomes a part of the cutting. All rotations are in collaboration with the mechanism, and the stainless steel design assists in retaining the shape of the blade.
