Description

The Hobart 00-719951-00053 Hood Orifice Brass #53 3/8"-27 X 1/2" High is used to measure the flow of gas to a burner by creating an appropriately sized orifice that limits the fuel until it enters the combustion chamber, which allows for establishing the correct size of flame and combustion properties in that use. It is mounted in the gas trainer assembly of compatible equipment where the 3/8 in. 27 in. This hood outlet is used in applications that are to be used in the particular size of the commercial ranges and ovens.
