Description

The Groen 042366 Convection Steamer Gasket is used to form a tight seal in the steamer, which prevents the escape of steam during the process. It is tight around the door or lid of the steamer to ensure uniform pressure and heat distribution to cook well. This is a 1/8 x 3" square and is to be placed directly on sealing surfaces of steamer to make sure it fit well and is in contact with the door or lid to provide better performance.
