Description

The Broaster 09273 Pressure Fryer Filter Pump is an part to keep the cooking oil clean in commercial kitchens. It operates by pumping the oil back through a system of filters to clean the oil of food particles and sediment. This is done to prolong the longevity of the oil and preserve the quality of food. It is a pump that is intended to be installed in the filtration system usually as a standalone unit or as part of the base of the machine. It has a flow rate of 5 gallons-per-minute and a 1/2-inch female pipe thread that can easily be connected. It is 4-3/4 inches wide and is specially designed to fit properly into the design.
