The Frymaster 8102783 Electric Fryer Full Port Valve W/O-Ring 1-1/2" regulates the flow of oil during the drainage procedure by using, an internal pivoting ball to provide an unobstructed passage. This part is opened and closed by a manual handle to assist in the quick evacuation or retention of liquid in the vat. It is fitted on the drain manifold assembly of compatible electric frying units to provide a proper connection of the tank with the waste line. A special O-ring is included to ensure a constant seal on valve body to prevent the migration of oil during normal cooking conditions.
