Description

The Prince Castle 10335-02 Hopper Door Kit operates with the assistance of a spring-loaded system that allows control of the flow of ingredients between the holding bin and the dispensing section. The lever is manually operated, which opens the door panel, and particular amounts of product are allowed to flow through the discharge opening, and then the door panel snaps back into place to ensure a safe seal. This module is mounted on the bottom of the ingredient storage unit of the commercial kitchen.
