Description

The Southbend 1053995 Safety Valve LP Gas MAX 1/2" FPT 14" WC controls the flow in compatible cooking equipment. It is placed in the gas line and detects the conditions of the flame and breaks the fuel flow in case of ignition loss. Operating on thermocouples and burner controls, it ensures pressure levels and a consistent heating performance. It is usually fitted in commercial appliances, and it supports the use of kitchen heat production. It provides further gas safety and accuracy in operation in case the initial valve is defective.
