Description

The Dean 1061150SP Fryer Computer Assembly takes in sensor data and user commands to manage the heating elements, timers and safety systems. Electrical signals are sent to control cooking cycles. It controls temperature and running parameters, and then performs programmed operations to control the oil temperature and fryer. This control is installed in the fryer control compartment, which is usually behind the front panel, and attached to the frame by wiring. It is compatible with electrical and control systems intended to connect with fryers. The unit serves as the main electronic control system when the cooking is under normal conditions.
