Description

The Bunn 1085.0002 Water Solenoid Valve 1/8" FPT 120V regulates the flow of water by the ability to open or close the flow-through mechanism of the valve with the help of an electrically energized coil. When the solenoid cycles the internal plunger to open or close the movement of water through the 1/8" female connection of threading between the pipes. The valve is installed to the water line of existing beverage or coffee machines, usually by an inlet or dispensing. It is used to valve once it stops responding to electric signals not control flow of the water.

Step1: Shut off and unplug the equipment before starting installation.

Step2: Remove the access panel to reach the existing solenoid valve assembly.

Step3: Disconnect water line fittings and electrical connections carefully.

Step4: Remove the old solenoid valve from its mounting position.

Step5: Install the new valve and reconnect all fittings securely.

Step6: Restore water supply and power, then test for leaks and proper operation.
