Description

The Broaster 10883 Filter Motor is a 1PH 1/3HP 50/60Hz part that is used to power the filtration system of a commercial pressure fryer. It drives the pump that circulates oil through the filter media which assists the users to have cleaner oil as they continue with regular kitchen operations. This motor is used in foodservice settings where regular filtration is needed to facilitate the proper operation of the fryer.
