Description

The Cleveland 108851 Convection Steamer Solenoid Valve 3/4" Steam 120V is a steam flow control valve for use with compatible systems. During operation it is used to control the flow of steam according to the electrical signals received from the control system. The internal solenoid mechanism moves the valve to allow or block steam flow as needed to cook. The valve is fitted inside the steam distribution assembly and linked to the piping system. It's designed to monitor steam supply for the controlled cooking performance of a steamer and to facilitate its proper operation in a commercial foodservice system.
