Description

The Blodgett 11524 Thermostat Kit FDTO controls the internal cavity temperatures by observing the changes in the temperature and switching the heating elements or burners on and off. This component uses a fluid-filled capillary tube that is able to expand or contract to mechanically open and close electrical contacts according to the set point. It is mounted to the control compartment of the unit and the sensing bulb is placed in the baking chamber to provide the proper external input.
