Description

The Imperial 1153 Thermostat FDO-1 3/16" X 14-3/4" bulb to detect temperature change, and turn the gas valve on or off as needed. It has 3/8" FPT gas inlet/outlet connections, which enable controlled gas flow in heating equipment during operation. This thermostat is used in a gas-powered cooking appliance like an oven, griddle or range, usually inside the appliance to maintain a steady temperature. It has a bulb and capillary assembly that senses the internal heat, and the thermostat body controls the fuel distribution, depending on the temperature setting.
