Description

The Southbend 1161439 Convection Oven Natural Gas Safety Valve controls the flow of natural gas to the burner and works by opening or shutting off the gas supply based on signals from the heating system. It provides proper gas supply during ignition and operation and prevents gas flow when unsecure conditions are detected. This is mounted in the gas control assembly of the oven and is attached to the gas line using 1/2" FPT fittings. It is used in natural gas convection ovens as an essential component of the fuel management and burner control system of the oven.
