Description

The Southbend 1163869 Range Pilot Burner is used to start the ignition process by supplying a constant natural gas flame to start the main burners when they are turned on. It operates by passing gas through its orifice and keeping a small flame which lights up the larger burners when necessary. This pilot burner is designed to be used in a compatible commercial range, and is placed in the burner assembly area so that it may be properly ignited. It is a component of the natural gas systems designed to be a key ignition component to ensure the cooking process of the equipment continues without necessarily interacting with other components of the system of the range.
