Description

Imperial 1175-RS Thermostat RX is a Fryer component manufactured for use in controlling the temperature. It has a temperature range of 200°F – 400°F and is equipped with a long-lasting 3/8” x 5” bulb and a 36” capillary to help control heat to fry properly. It is a multi-configuration specialized gas fryer that correlates with and coordinates various fryer models, Imperial, Dean, Anets, and Pitco series, and is therefore dependable. The dial accompanies an easily read from black knob and the white printed numbers, hence improving its usability. Suitable for use in both gas and electrical fryers it enables efficient cooking, even distribution of heat and increased fryer life.

Step1: Turn off and unplug the fryer to prevent electrical shock.

Step4: Insert the thermostat into the mounting slot.

Step5: Reconnect the wiring according to the original configuration.
