The Jade Range 120-125-000 IR Burner Small B2OT-4 C/M DIM produces controlled flame heat through a gas-air mixing system that ignites at the blaze ports to generate consistent combustion across the heating zone. It operates by receiving fuel through the orifice assembly, where it mixes with air before ignition, allowing flame distribution through designed burner openings for uniform thermal output during cooking cycles. It is installed within the B2OT-4 range cooktop assembly, positioned beneath the cooking surface and attached to the burner manifold and support frame inside the equipment housing.
