Description

The Franklin Chef 141650 Hood Orifice #50 meters natural gas flow to a burner by limiting fuel flow through a small aperture in the fuel flow and assists features in that application. The gas passes through the calibrated hole, which determines the volume that passes at a certain pressure to assemble the combustion hood properly to cooking equipment where the 3/8"-27 inlet and 1/2 in. Height requirements are compatible. This hood outlet is compatible with systems to be used in that particular #50 configuration in commercial ranges and ovens.
