The material used is cast iron for so it distributes the heat properly to all the various areas of the product. This design of three rings provides a wider flame coverage suitable for high heat usage. The air shutters are also adjustable in order to control the flame for different cooking requirements. This burner improves on the heat delivery, standard of control, use of fuel, and is therefore more advisable for professional culinary use in restaurants.
