The Nieco 15161B Speed Control Multi-Channel No Delay is used to regulate the rotational speed of the conveyor system by, sending electrical signals to the drive. This element can operate several channels, at the same time to provide coordinated movement over the cooking surface without signal latency. This particular controller is installed by users within the internal electrical housing of the smoker unit, and it is connected directly to the primary power interface and motor leads.
