The Duke 175444 Broiler Loader is designed to work on the basis of feeding broiler pans to a cooking chamber where the heat circulates to cook the product evenly. Its mechanism raises and sets pans in a way that they are always exposed to the cooking area consistently. This loader is designed to fit into the commercial broilers and is positioned right at the entrance of the cooking chamber, where the pans can be easily directed to the beginning of the cooking process.
