Description

The Avantco 177400044 Thermostat RX is a highly efficient temperature control partthat is suitable for use in improve deep fryers and it regulates heat within the range of 200°F and 400°F. It has a 3/8” x 5 5/8” nickel bulb and a 24” capillary, which ensures stability in maintaining the frying temperature. It is equipped with a 3/8” MPT stuff box and Mount 11 that provide a safe installation. The thermostat has a star black printed dial of 2-1/4 inches diameter with OFF-400-200 scale for the convenience of the user. This thermostat is designed to fit Star Fryer models 404A, 615FA and 630FA and improves efficiency, food quality, and the fryer’s durability.
