Description

The Wells 20122 Hot Food Well W/Drain Infinite Control 12" X 20" 1/2" NPT 120V is an electric part that warms a water bath with a 1200W element connected to a control knob to provide and hold desired working temperatures for held foods. The unit distributes heat around the well cavity, which has an inclined built-in drain connection to facilitate water removal for cleaning and refilling, and to support continuous hot holding performance in a food well setting. The unit is mounted into a 12" by 20" cutout through a foodservice counter, to line up flush with surrounding work surfaces.
