Description

The Cleveland 22193 Convection Steamer Steam Solenoid Valve 3/4" 120V 300F regulates steam flow by opening and closing an internal plunger mechanism when an electrical signal energizes the coil. When powered, the coil creates a magnetic field that lifts the plunger to allow steam passage up to 300°F, and when de-energized, the spring returns it to a closed position, stopping flow. It is installed in convection steamer steam lines or control assemblies to manage steam distribution within commercial cooking equipment in foodservice conditions, where steam distribution is directed through cooking chambers during operation cycles.
