Description

The Garland 222106-1 Infrared Burner W/NAT Orifice #40 performs by combining natural gas with air and heating the mixture on a surface to produce a high level of radiant heat. This is done to convert the energy in flames into high-intensity infrared waves, which are more effective in penetrating food surfaces than the normal convection processes. It is placed in the inside chamber of any of the commercial broilers or ovens that are compatible to ensure direct exposure to heat.
