Description

The Garland 2519200 2-1/8" Burner Air Shutter has screw and washer setting that regulates the volume of air that is added to the fuel by sliding the shutter to open or close the air entrance to the burner tube. The variable of the shutter is used to adjust air flow into the combustion chamber to maintain the pattern of the flame in the burner. It is installed on the burner tube of commercial cooking equipment directly with the screw and washer attached.
