The Frymaster 8030303 Fryer Filter Paper works by capturing food particles, crumbs and other contaminants as cooking oil passes through the filtration system during the cleaning cycle. It provides screening medium that helps separate unwanted debris from the oil before it is returned to the part. This filter paper is placed in compatible fryer filter pans and assemblies and is sized to fit equipment requiring 26 x 34-inch sheets.
