Description

The Imperial 27051 Burner Valve Knob Chrome Off/On 2-3/8" DIA is a control interface part that is applied to a compatible commercial gas cooking system. The knob enables the operator to open or close the burner valve manually in order to control the flow of gas to the burner when in operation. It is mounted on the front control panel and is directly attached to the valve stem and converts rotational input into valve movement. It is applied in the regular kitchen operations.

Step1: Turn off appliance gas supply and allow burner to cool completely before starting and disconnect power if electric ignition is present.

Step2: Remove old knob by pulling straight off the D-stem.

Step3: Align new knob OFF/ON marking with valve position and push firmly onto stem until seated.

Step4: Test rotation for smooth operation and ensure it fully reaches OFF position confirm secure fit.
