Description
The Garland 282554 Front Burner Assembly is a replacement part in commercial cast iron ranges that has a size of 9". It disperses the gas evenly to form a stable flame to be used in cooking like sauteing, boiling or pan frying. It is mounted on the front of the range and is connected to the gas manifold and control valves to enable it to be adjusted to a fine point of the flame. This burner is used in commercial kitchens to maintain a steady heat production when used frequently.
