Description

The Schaefer 28700-1 Lid Cab SGL is a replacement lid for single ice cream cabinets to ensure a consistent component temperature and maintain part contents during operation. It snugly fits over the cabinet opening to reduce warm air contact and promote effective cooling. This type of lid is used in commercial ice cream freezers used in restaurants, concession stands and foodservice applications, and is an essential factor in maintaining the component by providing a stable barrier between the ice cream, and external conditions to ensure operation during normal service.
