Description

The Star Mfg 2R9499 Thermostat Knob BJ controls the temperature using a dial that adjusts the internal control mechanism, which is set to 150°-400°F. The dial is turned to adjust the heat level chosen. This is mounted on the control panel, and it is directly linked to the shaft to be adjusted by the operator. It has a four-way pattern that is compatible with other models to install. The identified temperature range is enabled when cooking and when adjusting the equipment.
