Description

The Hobart 353589-1 Temperature Probe 1/4-in. x 4-in. detects temperature by feeling the heat at the tip and produces a signal that is proportional to the measured quantity to be used by the control system. When the probe is subjected to temperature variations, it sends information to aid in the regulation of heating or cooling processes, depending on the design of the operator like in the proximity of the cooking chamber, the oven cavity or the process zone of compatible equipment. This temperature probe is designed for normal operation by the operator.
