Description
The Middleby Marshall 45133 Speed Control Board with Remote Digital Display is used to control the cooking cycles of the oven by controlling timing and temperature signals sent to the heating elements. It is connected to the remote digital interface to enable continuous resourcing and control of the speed settings in the oven. This control board is designed to fit into the oven assembly and is normally placed in an area where it is easy to access by wiring and display panel and is able to operate smoothly without taking up too much space in the control compartment of the oven.
