Description

The APW 45582500 Infinite Control Knob is a manual control interface component that is fitted to compatible commercial foodservice equipment in order to adjust the power levels or heat output. It provides the operator the ability to switch between settings continuously, without detents in normal operation. It is mounted on the control panel of the equipment and connected to the infinite control shaft and converts the input of the user into the internal control mechanism adjustments. It is used in the outdoors griddles, charbroilers or other cooking equipment.

Step1: Turn off power supply at circuit breaker to appliance and ensure control is cool.

Step2: Remove existing old knob by gently pulling straight off shaft.

Step3: Align new knob’s D-shaft or set screw with switch stem.

Step4: Push firmly onto shaft until snug and properly seated.

Step5: check OFF position aligns correctly and test rotation through LO–HI.

Step6: Restore power and confirm operation works smoothly safely.
