Jade Range 460-101-000 Thermostat BJWA 36" Capillary

The Jade Range 460-101-000 Thermostat 36" Capillary BJWA controls temperature by sensing heat through a spherical tube connected to the thermometer mechanism. As the sensing bulb detects temperature changes the internal control expands or contracts, to open or close electrical contacts regulating the heating cycle within the appliance. This thermostat is installed within the equipments control panel while the sensing bulb extends, into the heated area where temperature monitoring is required. Its configuration allows the thermostat body to remain mounted in the control section while the sensing element measures heat inside the cooking compartment.
