Description

The Manitowoc 5164 Ice Machine Sanitizer 16Oz is a chemical solution that is then mixed with water to clean and purify surfaces within the appliance by reducing microbial contaminants when coming in contact with treated surfaces. When used as per use directions, it spreads all over the internal parts of the unit to react with the soils and residues in the ice production and storage facilities. This is placed inside the interior of the chiller where cleaning is required. It is used as a cleaning agent for regular maintenance of parts.
