Nemco 57424-6 Easy Chopper Slice Blade Assembly 3/8"

The Nemco 57424-6 Easy Chopper Slice Blade Assembly operates as a accuracy cutting cartridge that converts applied downward force into uniform slicing action by guiding produce through a fixed stainless-steel blade grid arranged to create consistent 3/8-inch thickness cuts. When the push block is actuated, food items are driven through the aligned blade array, where each edge shears the material in a single pass to maintain even portioning across the output. It is installed within compatible Easy Chopper 3 slicing equipment, typically mounted in the upper cutting frame, where it locks into the blade housing assembly.
