Description

The Southbend 1195303 Thermostat Knob is a temperature controller that is operated by turning the knob to the desired temperature, and then the internal thermostat controls the amount of heat. The knob is marked with temperature indicators to easily adjust the temperature and has a visual indicator on how to use the oven. It is intended to be mounted on the front panel of commercial ranges and snaps over the thermostat shaft to complete the control interface and make the knob stay in place when normally used.
