Description

The Frymaster 8030271 Fryer Twin Size Basket 12-5/8" x 5-7/8" is used to contain food items during the frying process to enable the circulation of hot oil around the food item. It operates by providing an open wire framework that allows the free flow of oil and the contents are held safely during the cooking cycle. This is installed in the fryer vat, which is connected to the support ledge or hanger of the fryer and is raised or lowered as required during the cooking and draining operations in commercial kitchen operations.
