The Frymaster 826-2031 Thermatron Kit 115-220V is a spare control system to fit compatible commercial fryers to control heating operations. Its main purpose is to control the activity of the burner by monitoring and controlling the temperature within the provided range of voltages. The system works by taking the input of the temperature sensors, and controlling gas valves to adjust the amount of heat. It is fitted in the control housing of the fryer where it is integrated with the existing components.
