Description

The Hobart 853196 Temperature Control with Potentiometer 120V is a thermal control unit to be used in commercial kitchen units. It detects the temperature of the system, and can be adjusted by the integrated potentiometer in small steps and is connected to the heating circuits. It is wired to electrical and heating parts and mounted in the control panel of the appliance to allow user control of the setpoint.
