Description

The Pitco 60130801 Electric Pump Motor Assembly is circulates oil in the Fryer by driving a pump at variable speeds to maintain consistent movement to ensure consistent cooking. It is designed with a 115/230V powered 1/3 HP motor and provides a flow rate of up to 8 gallons per minute at 1725 or 1425 RPM with different frequencies. This motor/pump is meant to fit in the oil system and it is fitted directly to the pump housing so that it can simply fit into the unit and ensure that the operational flow is not disrupted.
