The Accutemp AT0E-6695-5-R04 Controller is a thermal output system that is regulated by internal temperature sensors, and handles the flow of power to the heating elements. This component takes actual data feeds in order to hold certain external setpoints constant during the cooking cycle. It mounts directly into the front control panel of the unit and connects to the main wiring harness of the unit to allow it to be centrally operated.
