Description

The Frymaster 8073485 Thermopile/Pilot Generator with Forked Connector uses heat generated by the pilot flame to produce electrical energy to power the gas valve to correctly ignite the burner. It operates by producing a small electrical current when in flame and this keeps the pilot system operating consistently. This is a thermopile assembly that is intended to be used in commercial kitchen equipment and is usually placed in the pilot assembly close to the burner.
