Description

The Southbend B940000101 Range Thermostat is a high-performance temperature control equipment that is used on commercial cooking equipment. It is equipped with 36 36-inch Capillary tube, which allows it to control temperatures at 150-500°F adequately and sufficiently for the most appropriate cooking conditions. This works through a sensing bulb that increases and decreases in size with changes in temperature in order to effectively control heating elements. Some of the advantages are increased production rate, uniformity in the kind of heat provided by the equipment, and reducing on the dangers of overheating.
