Description

The American Range A31047 Basket Support Rack 17-1/2" x 12-1/2" can be used to place the fryer baskets over the oil so that the excess grease can drain back into the fryer. It helps the baskets to maintain a stable position during and after cooking and make them available to handle. The rack will be installed in commercial fryers and will be mounted above the fryer vat to fit into the existing basket support system of the appliance.
