The Baxter 01-1A1644-00001 Ignition Electrode Kit is used to create the spark to ignite the burner system in a rack oven which is used to start the heating process during operation. It does so by transferring electrical energy to produce uniform throughout the combustion assembly which assists in proper burner start-up and flame production. This component electrode kit is placed in the burner and parts of the oven and comes into contact with the gas and control parts during the cycle. It is intended for use in applications where the performance is controlled as part of the heating and baking cycle in a rack oven.
