Description

The Baxter 01-1M6449-00004 Oven Loading Door Striker connects with the related closing equipment to establish proper alignment when the access panel reaches the closed position. The striker section transfers contact pressure between adjoining parts, allowing the latch mechanism to respond during door movement. Positioned within the door assembly, it remains connected to the mechanical closing arrangement and interacts with the adjacent parts during opening and closing cycles. It forms part of the entry control structure that manages the movement sequence of the loading section.
