Description

The Blodgett BL11524 Thermostat Kit FDTO controls the internal temperature by detecting any changes in the temperature and turning the heating elements, or gas valves on or off. This element makes use of a bulb and capillary system that expands or contracts when heated to mechanically open or close electrical contacts. The part is fitted directly to the control panel assembly, with the sensing bulb being placed in the cavity to sense the baking conditions accurately. The mechanism allows a constant thermal output, during the cooking process by keeping the setpoints constant.
