Description

The Blodgett BL11526 Thermostat Kit FDTO controls the temperature inside the house by measuring condition variations and switching the heating elements, or burners on and off to keep the warmth at a constant set point. This element uses a liquid-filled bulb and capillary tube which expands or contracts, to open and close electrical contacts mechanically, depending on the amount of heat. It is mounted in the control compartment, and the sensing bulb is firmly fitted in the cooking chamber to provide a reading of the setting.
